We are a US based platform company providing architectural, developmental, and design services for homeowners, landowners and developers. Our focus is on the sustainable design of new homes with the patented Solartag Roof System: a whole roof replacement where active and passive slate-like tempered glass panels are the premium roof shingle, producing electricity to power the home while simultaneously eliminating the need for installing individual panels on top of roofs. Market tested on more than 400 residential and commercial roofs in Denmark, it is in the process of being rolled out across the EU.
The company’s founders Pernille Hager and Adam Tankel have joined forces to realize their passion for real estate development and design.
Pernille is a DC resident of 25+ years, originally from Copenhagen Denmark where she graduated with a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration & Economics from Copenhagen Business School. She has extensive experience in international business development in renewable energy and has worked in commercial real estate development in Washington, DC.
Adam is an attorney with over 25 years of experience in support of complex commercial transactions, involving real estate, project finance, private equity and licensing. Adam is a native of Northern Virginia and has an undergraduate degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania as well as a JD/MBA from the University of Virginia School of Law/Darden Graduate School of Business.
